SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products both within Germany and to numerous countries worldwide.
For shipping, we work with various reliable shipping partners. Depending on the destination country, shipping method, and availability, shipping is handled by companies such as Hermes, DHL, DHL Express, or UPS.
The available shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
After the order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive – if available for the selected shipping method – a shipping confirmation with the corresponding information for tracking the shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider and chosen shipping method.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should a problem arise or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email.
Cancellation
As a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason in the case of a distance selling contract.
You can declare your cancellation by email within this period. After receiving your cancellation, we will send you further information about the return.
In the event of a cancellation, please return the goods to us unused. The customer bears the return shipping costs, provided we have properly informed them of this.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with legal regulations.
Incorrect delivery, damaged goods or errors on our part
If an item is incorrectly delivered, damaged, or otherwise defective due to an error on our part, please contact us before returning it.
In such a case, we will take care of the further processing and, if necessary, provide you with a free return option.
